Dear Chuck,
“RETIRING SEEKING BUYER REALLY WORKS”. When we first spoke back in October I must tell you I had concems. After interviewing other firms that did what you do I felt the only way to go was to do this my self. I have to admit you made a believer out of me. When everyone else said “run a Going Out Of Business Sale”, you said, “how does that reach your goals!”
You researched our local codes and created a plan that allowed me to go after my goals without having to close my store. Our final result was impressive; the sale hit my annual volume in 90-days, which was a significant number. Than your team remained in place, with your inventory, as I negotiated with four potential buyers.
